Any unused data rolls into your Sky Piggybank, where you can use it later or put it toward rewards or discounts on devices. Note: Piggybank does not apply to Unlimited data plans.

We’ll notify you when it’s time to upgrade:
Swap12: Upgrade after 12 months (24-month plan)
Swap24: Upgrade after 24 months (36-month plan)
Choose to either:
Swap your old phone for a new one
Keep your current phone and add a new one
No need to change your cap, but check before you travel. For example, for 7 days abroad with Roaming Passport Plus, set a cap of £14.
We also default to a £45 roaming cap, which you can adjust anytime.
Sky Mobile is designed for personal use. If we find excessive, non-consumer usage, we may suspend, restrict, or cancel your service. If your usage is reviewed and accepted, we’ll reinstate your service and refund any unused charges during suspension.
